Billing questions
How does billing work?
Standard and Pro are monthly subscriptions. You're charged on the same date each month and can cancel any time. After cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your jobs and candidates stay.
What is an AI credit?
Credits pay for AI work. Screening one application uses 1 credit, and one completed AI interview uses 3. You see the cost before every run. Failures on our side never use credits.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a credit pack at any time, or turn on auto top-up so a pack is bought for you when your balance drops below a level you choose (capped per month). Packs stay valid for 12 months and are used after your monthly allowance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at each renewal and don't roll over. Purchased packs don't reset: they last 12 months from purchase, even if you change plan.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away: you pay the prorated difference and this month's credits go up to the new allowance. Downgrades credit the unused part of the month to your next invoice. A downgrade only needs your live jobs and seats to fit the smaller plan.
Can I set a budget?
Yes. Set a monthly spend limit in credits. Screening batches and interview invites that would go over it are blocked before anything is spent.
Which currencies and taxes?
Prices are in USD. Paddle, our merchant of record, shows your local currency at checkout where available, works out sales tax or VAT, and sends compliant invoices.
